Heart is Deceitful Above All Things". I swear, the kid is the second coming of JD
Salinger, and I
haven't been so hard for a writer in YEARS. Yes, everyones talking about
"Sarah", but you MUST MUST MUST read his new one. Written when he was just 16. Terrifying.
Brilliant. Mad. Genius.
Also: "Letters to Wendys"- a man sits in Wendys each day, filling out
the customer satisfaction cards, ruminating on life, loneliness and sex with Wendy. He unravels rather quickly and you are left with a handful of
delirious rantings... NUTS!
